It’s 2 days before the international embargo on Bioshock 2 hands on reports is lifted at which time I expect we will hear if the game is really going to be a true successor to the original or merely an easy cash in.
The idea of a little sister returning to Rapture and creating a Big Sister to recreate her dreams has always seemed a little off for me but we have to give the team credit, they made the first one which was an international blockbuster.
There is a new trailer after the break which makes the game more appealing but doesn’t show enough to convince me that the whole thing is a good idea just yet.

I’m not convinced yet either, but I didn’t really enjoy Bioshock 1 so I’m probably not the best gauge for this game.
I hope they pull it off though, the world of Rapture is pretty sweet.

This is looking awesome! I enjoyed the first Bioshock so maybe it’s an acquired taste (shared by a hellava lot of people).
I think you’ll find that whatever we understand about the story now will only be scratching the surface.

I’m also not convinced,the problem is its not the original dev team,but the first was awesome so i’m looking forward to return to Rapture
