Virtual reality is everywhere these days. Big tech, even bigger prices for adopting. So where are the really big games to experience this new tech with? Well apparently Bethesda has some plans involving VR, and it requires going back to the wasteland. Sometime in 2017, HTC Vive owners will be able to strap a headset on and play Fallout 4 in a virtually real world according to the Bethesda E3 showcase announcement.

Even better, DOOM is also being promised for the device, a treat to take players to hell and back in the best way possible. Curiously, nothing was mentioned of the Oculus Rift, so it sounds like this is an HTC Vive exclusive at the moment. But honestly, the idea of punching a Baron of Hell in the face with even more first-person kinetic force sounds fantastic to me.
