Billy Bob Thornton is back as Willie T. Soke in Bad Santa 2 and based on the new trailer released by Broad Green Pictures and Miramax the action is even more ludicrous and packed with crass, raunchy and offensive humour. The gang is back again with Tony Cox as Marcus and Brett Kelly as “The Kid”, Thurman Merman. There are also a couple of new faces this time around with Kathy Bates joining the cast as Willie’s mom, Sunny Soke and Ryan Hansen (2 Broke Girls) and Christina Hendricks (Mad Men) as Regent and Diane Hastings.
Willie teams up once again with his sidekick, Marcus to knock off a Chicago charity on Christmas Eve. Along for the ride is ‘The kid’. The guys team up with Willie’s mom, Sunny for the job but mommy issues arise when Sunny raises the bar for the gang’s ambitions, while somehow lowering the standards of criminal behavior. Complicating matters more is Willie’s instant attraction to charity director, Diane.
