The war, such as it is, is heating up in the first full trailer for FX’s The Strain season two. With *SPOILER ALERT* the island of Manhattan overrun by vampires it’s time for the blood bags humans, lead by CDC Doctor (and walking trope machine) Ephraim Goodweather (Corey Stoll), to fight back; and from the looks of things it doesn’t appear to be plain sailing…
There’s also a new poster for the upcoming season that’s far tamer than the eye-worm poster for season one:
Everything I see of The Strain makes me want to watch it, and I did manage to get through the season one pilot, but my poor heart just can’t take jump scares and the subsequent popcorn snow storms. How about you, are you looking forward to season two when it airs later this year?
