I’m too busy stuffing my fat face full of pancakes right now, so I’m going to have to dine and dash while the rest of you get stuck with the bill. As compensation, here’s the weekly wrap. Suckas.
Battlefield: Hardline debuted this week, in both legal and illicit flavours. Still, whether you’re an executive at EA who is currently hunting interns as a method of stress relief for the leaks or a gamer who is seeking something different, it’s clear that everybody is talking about this game.
And for the first time the release of Bad Company 2, Battlefield may have a single-player experience coming up that people actually care about.
Will we ever write a positive MSSA story? Well, if the organisation continues in its current direction, then I sincerely doubt it? Don’t believe me? Here’s some more proof then, to add to a very long list of bungling.
Best ION Header
A picture is worth a thousand words, especially when Bryci Stripes is in it.
And Geoff continues his winning streak this week, asking players if they like to puff a little Mary Jane before they jam a game. And now you know why Mountain Dew and Doritos are so keen to grab the gaming market.
For some reason, I’m the only person here excited to play with little Disney figures of Marvel heroes AND DAMMIT KNOCK BEFORE YOU ENTER I WASN’T PLAYING WITH DOLLS!
Batman Of The Week
Hits and ranking on the world wide web can be funny at times. We experienced that first-hand this week, with a bunch of stories that were only written for the sake of us finding them interesting, not because we knew that they’d resonate massively with readers.
And thanks to that very resonance, Geoff is Batman once again. And most likely will be for the next couple of weeks as well.
Header Image Of The Week
Dude, what does my header image say? Dude! Yeah? Dude! Wait, first tell me what my header image says! Dude! WHAT?
Comment Of The Week
This weeks tiddly-tickler of note is Kromas, for his idea for a new Mortal Kombat game:
The year is 2020 and scientists are actively trying to find a ziggy-ziggy-uh to appease the supreme overlords of earth, The Spice Girls, before they destroy the earth. Cause you know … that’s what they really really want. You have to fight in a tourney to save your realm from them by any means.”
I want ah I want I want ah I really really wanna ziggazigaplayzisgame.
