This trailer for BOULEVARD will have you living the life you really want

One of the greatest losses for us in rest years was the tragic death of one of my favourite actors Robin Williams. Lucky for us though is that he was working on, and had completed, four projects for us to enjoy now. The last is directed by Dito Montiel (Empire State) and has Williams in a dramatic role, one that he was very capable of pulling off alongside all his comedy roles.

This time Williams plays Nolan, a man safe in a life that is repetitive, boring, and pretty much void of passion. However, all this comes crashing down when his feelings for a younger man urge him to face the fact that he is gay. It looks intense and I think will really show the depth of skill Williams always had. Have a watch for yourself and see what you think.

Damn he is good. Boulevard also stars Better Call Saul’s Bob Odenkirk who recently won a Critic’s Choice award, relative newcomer Roberto Aguire (Struck by Lightening) and Kathy Baker (The Age of Adaline). Expect the movie to hit limited screens 17 July.

I have been an avid fan of movies ever since I discovered Santa Clause wasn't real, a day marked in my memory by my first viewing of It's a Wonderful Life, which wasn't so wonderful that day. Since then I've watched thousands of movies and even fooled my parents into putting me through uni to get a degree in the subject. I first started writing as a journalist for The South African Newspaper before moving onto communications for an NGO trying to save the planet. Unfortunately my recommendations to the CEO that we should all don rings imbued with the powers of earth, fire, wind, water and HEART went unheard. Now I pretend the end isn't nigh by hiding in movies.
