2014 FIFA World Cup Demo now available

Once you see the face palm it can't be unseen

It’s a World Cup year which means we have a new FIFA World Cup game from EA Sports –  but as I’ve said before it is logical to be a bit wary of these games as they are usually quite poor.

However it looks like EA has some confidence in this one as they have released a demo for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 which is available to download right now from their respective marketplaces.

The PS3 version comes in at 1.7Gb while the Xbox 360 version is a bit smaller at 1.66Gb

Your demo includes the following playable teams:

  • Australia
  • Brazil
  • England
  • Ivory Coast
  • Japan
  • New Zealand
  • Mexico
  • United States of America

The inclusion of both Australia and New Zealand strikes me as very odd. The rest of the teams give us one team from each region but what about a team from the Middle East instead of New Zealand?

Not that it really makes any difference.

FIFA World Cup 2014 comes out on the 17th of April and we should have a review up around about the same time. But for now get downloading and see what it’s like for yourself

We are proudly South African! We believe that the law is what Judge Dredd says it is. He IS da law!
We also believe there is no Judge Dredd. Hence, there is no law…

That’s the funny thing. The world T20 is held in Bangladesh but even so they still needed to qualify for the tournament. Sometimes I think football has it’s own head stuck up it’s ass.

Its glamorous grey hound racing for the dummies.

Those fckers earn 98million Euros to kick a ball. Its the punters that make football what it is.

Considering the odd football player gets gunned down for an own goal.

Do you know why FIFA is against technology being used in the games. Bookies.

Rule 1. If the ball goes over the line, its a goal. Does not matter if the ball boy kicks it in. Stupid sport. Not to mention the acting, the acting is better than WWE.

Them Actingz!!! When I saw my first game of football last year, I swore that one player was going to need emergency surgery there on the field, if not die before the medics got to him.
My belief in God and Miracles got a swift boost when he had risen from the pitch and limped maybe two steps and continued to play the rest of the match, full paced…
