Australia’s archaic censorship laws have struck again, this time the unwitting victim is Necrovision, a bizarre WWII shooter which according to the Australian censorship board is just that little bit to scary for the weak minded Australians.
I wonder if the board actually realises that everytime they ban a M rated videogame the world laughs at them and their countries image takes a knock?
It wouldn’t be so bad if they banned all violent and sexual imagery as then at least it would be a concious and defendable position, however they have 3 24 hour porn channels on TV and sex shops on ever corner along with every violent movie ever made playing throughout the day.
Honestly I would be more worried about my kids accidently tuning into a M rated movie at 3 in the afternoon than them buying an ultra violent game.
