Behold the power of the Uchiha in Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4

Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm (7)

Anime rivals have a raw deal. They’re introduced early in a show, positioned as a major obstacle for the typical derpy Shonen hero and then left to wallow in mediocrity for the rest of a series, never being a credible challenge ever again.

You’ve seen it before in plenty of shows. Virginia from Dragon Burt Reynolds, Mazda Itchy from Hajime No Hippo and Psycho Haymaker from Runaround Benson. Possibly the one exception to this rule, is the rivalry between Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha of the Naruto series.

Throughout the 700 odd chapters of that manga, the two have managed to be neck-and-neck when it comes down to the two of them. Evenly matched, with opposing ideologies, Sasuke and Naruto are the two most powerful characters in the entire series.

Thing is, the Uchiha side of that series is infinitely interesting. If you’ve read the manga finished, you know just how much tragedy there is in the Uchiha bloodline. It’s a cursed family, but at least there’s a plus-side to their miserable history:

They’ve got the most bitchin’ awesome of jutsus and abilities.

BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE NO JUTSU! While Geoff uses his Kekkei Genkai ability on my skull for doing another Naruto post, Blunt Force Trauma No Jutsu, here’s a gallery of new screenshots as well which show off the Uchiha Perfect Form Susano’o from Itachi and Shisui :
