Bite some necks and slay a few armies with Castlevania Lords of Shadows 2

Just lost a boxing match to a vampire. I can never beat the count

Castlevania Lords of Shadow has to be one of the most underappreciated games out there. Sure, it may have a few flaws and rough edges, but overall, it was the first 3D Castlevania game that people actually wanted to play.

And now, that gem of a game is getting a sequel. Let’s just hope that it’s taken to heart the complaints people had from the original, and applied some improvements to this upcoming sequel.

Dammit Konami, you had me at “Supernatural master hunter using magic whips to destroy entire armies and magical wood-golems”! While the trailer manages to set the scene perfectly, it does provide few scant details as to how the game will play exactly.

Still, the idea of possibly playing as the main, tragic villain himself this time, is quite tempting. Expect more details to emerge from E3 next week.

Something wrong gentlemen? You come here prepared to read the words of a madman, and instead found a lunatic obsessed with comics, Batman and Raul Julia's M Bison performance in the 1994 Street Fighter movie? Fine! Keep your bio! In fact, now might be a good time to pray to it!
