Ten years ago, Gearbox made history with the original Borderlands. Quirky, featuring plenty of guns and at least one semi-adorable robot whose chatterbox vocal systems could only be stopped by a flight of stairs, Borderlands was a fun diversion in a sea of games that were way too drab. A decade later, and Gearbox is finally ready to show off it’s next game at PAX East.
Did all those various clues released over the last week have you chomping at the bit for a game that rhymes with Schmorderlands Free?
Gearbox say that they’ll share more details on April 3, but a few nuggets of information were gleaned from the panel:
- Five years in the making
- Two new villains
- Four new Vault Hunters
- Handsome Jack is DEFINITELY dead
- Over one billion guns
- Some guns have legs

Then again the voice actress is so entrenched in my mind as RAY from Fortnite:Save the world I am going to have a hard time to distinguish the two.

Whoever is not excited about this games has no heart, because this franchise has plenty of it! This is a franchise that demands to be experienced.

As long as this game does not go on the Epic launcher as an exclusive it will be a day one buy. Otherwise they can stick it where the sun dont shine.
