Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is looking beautiful

We all knew it was going to be showcased and we all know it is one of the most rehearsed and perfected trailers to come out of E3 2014 but even still the new Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare lived up to our expectations when showcased at the Microsoft event.

The trailer showcases a single-player campaign taking place in South Korea in 2054, a solid 40 years into the future giving Sledgehammer games a lot of leeway regarding the possibility of technology and enhancing humans. And it’s not only exoskeletons that are helping you as a solder, in one quick clip we see you jump down around 10 stores and deploy what appears to be a jetpack of sorts to soften your landing.

Yes, we posted the trailer up last night, but now we have direct feed to show you. Make sure you set the quality to 1080p below and let it buffer to truly get an idea on how pretty the game is going to be.

Yes it is still the same Call of Duty that you either love or hate but it definitely appears to have been given some brand new ideas and gameplay tweaks that I’m definitely looking forward to experiencing.

But before the haters have nothing to complain about, not minutes after the game was properly revealed and the first pre-order bonus was announced. Tempting people to part with their cash already so that they can have a shiny exoskeleton in the game to match their shiny new gun.

As expected Microsoft also revealed they have secured timed exclusivity on all upcoming Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare DLC.

It would seem MS’s buzzsword of the night was “timed exclusivity”.

That’s because they have hardly any exclusives left. And those that they do will come to PC eventually it seems like Dead Rising 3.Plus who here doesn’t own a PC? Also I’m not seeing any PS exclusives going to PC any time soon.

It’s honestly a joke. The Crowd goes wild for all this crap. Clap Clap Clap for this? Crysis 2 wanabe?……….Vroom Vroom and pew pew. Far Cry 4 looks FAR BETTER than this…Call it haters…But MS’ conference just proved how stale things are getting. Let’s all clap for the games we knew were coming. Let’s clap for sequels and reboots. You don’t hear people talking about Bloodborne or Scalebound. No theory videos. All people care about is the oh so shiny CoD……Sigh……

Jetpacks (or in this case jump farts) is very imortant in MP. Playing Planetside 2 there are few things as strategic as running on the roof peeking over the edge and dropping C4 or laying down fire from above.

i think its cute, how theyr trying to be all emotional with that bro getting his arm stuck.
then making your character do all the bitch work in the squad, again.
ugh, nearly threw up at that, trying way too hard.
dialog and voice actors need alot more work to pull stuff like that off.
