Call of Duty : Black Ops gets is set to make its mark on the world with its imminent release. after the Infinity Warn fiasco, this is Treyarch’s moment to shine, and prove that they’re the premier Call of Duty developer.
It’s tough to outshine Infinity Ward – but with Modern Warfare 2 “nuking the fridge†a little, qand the pretty damned fantastic additions to multiplayer that Treyarch have added in this year’s issue. Check out the summary of the game’s multiplayer features, pilfered from Inside Xbox. They’ve apparently focused on streamlining and improving the gameplay – and have tweaked or removed all the stuff from MW2 that annoyed me – and many others – so much.
I was originally hesitant about the arrival of yet another Call of Duty – especially having been burned by the overhyped Modern Warfare 2 – but this is the most excited I’ve been about the franchise since Modern Warfare’s reveal at E3 in 2007.
