Confirmed – DC Universe Online Goes Free-To-Play Next Week

1 min read

Last month, we reported that DCUO would be swapping from its current subscription-only model to a new free-to-play model. While it’s usually a sign that an online game didn’t do as well as the publisher had hoped (also read: MMO that isn’t named World of Warcraft), there has definitely been a lot of new interest since the announcement,.

The timing isn’t too shabby either as Batman has just put on a good face for DC Superhero games. It has now been confirmed in a tweet that DCUO will be free-to-play from November 1.

Catch you on the rooftops.
