Hello Neighbor 2

I always feel like, somebody’s watching meeeeeeee…

You ever feel like your neighbour’s are up to…something. That something nefarious might be going down in their homes, illicit activities that the walls between your plots separate? Who knows what they could be up to. Maybe they’re smuggling Orcas, maybe they’re running an illegal professional wrestling gambling racket.

Ten to one odds on Bo Dallas beating John Cena for the WWE Universal championship? I’ll take those odds. Anyway, your neighbours might be up to something or they might not be trafficking copious amounts of black market fidget spinners through their houses. Your friendly pal next door in Hello Neighbor however?

Definitely up to something, and it’s up to you to get to the bottom of his schemes. After plenty of development time, the Dynamic Pixels title is finally ready to go for a full retail release on December 8. Here’s a creepy pair of trailers to remind you to never trust anyone with a moustache that luxurious:

According to Dynamic Pixels, you can expect a stalkerish playthrough that’ll last anywhere from 5-8 hours on average. If you’re looking to do a speedrun and you know every shortcut and trick in the book after a few sessions of Hello Neighbor, you can slash that playtime to around two and a half of your precious hours.

It’s like an article I read yesterday. People renting AirBnB’s discovered hidden cameras, placed there by the owners.

Omw. Do you think games like the above might encourage that?

Dunno, but I doubt it. If you already have the predisposition to do something like that, playing a game isn’t going to push you over the edge. Seeing people every single day and wondering about what they do behind closed doors is already enough to get voyeurs doing weird shit.
In my mind, falls into the same category/argument that “violent games create violent children” does.

            Check it.
Worst part for me was when the one owner actually tried to hold the “renter” responsible for damages when the hidden camera was unplugged.

Sounds like someone wanted to remake a dodgy ’90s Sharon Stone movie for the new millennium.

You mean that one with the nearly cross-eyed Baldwin?
