A while ago, Lionhead Studios had to announce that the PC version of Fable III was still coming – possibly because all hype for that version had died quietly. But Fable III is still coming to PC! It is! And now there’s a release date for all of you desperate to get your quasi RPG frolic on in the lands of Albion. Mark 19 May 2011 as the day to start a revolution, PC gamers.

Don’t worry, all of the good Fable news is not only for PC folks. For those of us who have already swashed and buckled our ways through Molyneux’s latest game, there’s some fresh DLC on the way to make us feel special as well. The DLC is called “Traitor’s Keep” and it’s coming to Xbox Live on the 1st of March.

The DLC will set you back 560 MS points but will add three new areas to explore called Godwin Estate, Ravenscar Keep and Clockwork Island. According to Major Nelson’s blog entry, you will be “taking on new quests and encountering a mysterious prisoner”. There will also be an additional 250 Gamerpoints worth of Achievements for all you achievement whores out there.

No mention was made of the DLC arriving for the PC version.
