Game of Thrones also going head to head with Diablo

Nothing to see here

I’m a massive fan of the Game of Thrones TV series. No I haven’t read the books and yes that means I’m not really a fan but moving on, like I said I’m a massive fan of the TV Series and as such I’ve been keeping an eye on the upcoming RPG of the same name.

Am I excited about it? No… No I’m not. I have a horrible feeling it’s going to be a buggy disaster with no real soul but rather just another cheap cash in – though hopefully I’m wrong.

This morning I received a tip of a new video posted for the game that explains how the combat system will work and some of it is pretty cool. I like the fact that you can slow down time to send commands to your colleagues and that you can’t actually stop time.

That’s a nice mechanic and I hope it works well for them when the game releases on the 15th of May… no wait what? The 15th of May? The day Diablo 3 releases and Max Payne 3 releases in America. 3 days before Max Payne 3’s console versions release locally?

Yeah.. good luck with that. I’d strongly recommend holding the game back for more polish and trying to find a less crowded release window – or else anyone who does care about this game will only be buying it months later out of the bargain bins.
