Reviewing Singstar is hard work. Much of it involves trying to act enthused while singing alone in the lounge. Of course, it’s actually a party game, which means we had to use it at a party to really test its limits. Here is a glorious video starring Gavin.
Singstar Ultimate Party isn’t a particularly fantastic game. You can read my review over here. However, I don’t want you to think that I just sat on my couch and sang Kylie Minogue. We went partying, lazygamer style, and this horrifying video is the result.
There is no excuse for skipping this video. If you don’t have YouTube, you can watch it here, because really, it’s required viewing.
I have hereby declared my undying love for Matty for editing together my glorious filmography. I think it’s poignant and moving, capturing the core of Gavin’s performance in the best possible way. Also, I can’t stop watching it on repeat and laughing.
I swear I did also sing. However, as the one with the camera for the evening, it appears that I somehow forgot to record myself. Funny how that happens. Still, I think this video is one of the best things I’ve ever seen, and I will be adding it to my “I need a pick-me-up” playlist.
