I honestly think this game is going to blow Gran Turismo out of the water, on a tenth of the budget as well.
The AI looks fantastic, the damage is awesome, the graphics are amazing and I just really really want to play this…

Looks very cool indeed. I don’t like the blurry brown “nextgen” filter they seem to be using (similar to DIRT). I prefer the crisp clear graphics of GT5. The damage model looks awesome though.

It’s amazing that this game is constantly being compared to GT5. Especially noting the budget that GT5 is on compared to GRiD(why the small “i”?). Everything from the graphics to the cars and tracks look good. I can’t wait to get back into the open-wheelers(F3000 cars) and race around some of the most dramatic circuits like Spa Francorchamps(I think) and then competing in the Le Mans 24 hour while watching the scenery change from day to night. Then getting over to a street race and speeding across bridges while the water flows beneath you.

I really really like the idea of GRiD. It’s like they went into my brain and said “what does doobi want in a racing game”.
They should just rename it “Race Driver: Doobi” 😉

It looks absolutely great! I have not looked at the GT4 trailers so I have nothing to compare it to – but still, this looks great.
Now I am going to have to buy a steering wheel for my XBox, and of course this game when it comes out.
