Home Gaming Halo, meet Halo

Halo, meet Halo

While digging around for something else entirely, I found this list on games and their movie counterparts. No, not the terrible ‘movie of the game’, but films that happen to have the same name as a game.

But this brings up a more interesting thought – no-one ever made a game called ‘Predator’ (that wasn’t tied to the movies)?

Staying slightly on topic, Justin Marks – the guy behind the new Street Fighter movie script – makes his feelings known in this column on Gamasutra. It makes a good argument to why game movies usually suck, why good games don’t always make good movies, and why movies of games are going to become better.

  1. Thanks for that link to Justin Mark’s comments, It was really awesome to hear it from someone who is in the thick of things.

I must truly say that his column gave me hope for good adaptations in the future.

Halo was not a Hindi movie. It is actually Malayalam 💡
