WWE 2K14

OOOOOOOH YEAH! Can you fell it brother? The electricity in the air, felt only moments before grown men start WRASSLIN’ with one another? THAT’S THE DANGER ZONE! And hot off the heels of that 30 years of Wrestlemania announcement, comes the news of who’ll be donning the tights and stepping onto the grandest stage of them all later this year! OOOOH YEAAAAAH! SLIM JIMS!

Here’s the full video from Summerslam Access via AGB, in which the full roster was revealed:

Or you could just read the list below:

  • Alberto Del Rio
  • Andre the Giant
  • Batista
  • Big John Studd
  • Big Show
  • Big Show (Retro)
  • Bret ‘The Hitman’ Hart
  • Brock Lesnar

We’re still waiting to see which Wrestlemania matches we’ll be taking part in when the game arrives later this year. So far, the confirmed ones are Hulk Hogan vs Andre the Giant at Wrestlemania 3, while The Rock taking on Hulk Hogan from Wrestlemania 18 will also be present. But looking at that list, I can easily guess what some of the other matches will be.

Razor Ramon vs Shawn Michaels at Wrestlemania X in one of the most hellacious ladder matches ever televised. Batista going one on one with the Undertaker himself, match that may have left the Deadman victorious but broken.

There may be thirty years of matches here, but it’s looking like there’ll be a ton more nostalgia value that ships with WWE 2K14.

Not to mention he was a GREAT entertainer and Wrestler all rolled into one! I remember when he went to shake JBLs hand, pulled back and said “wait this is my bear drinking hand”, then put out his other hand and pulled back “this is my OTHER beer drinking hand” hahaha

The last time I’ve ever watched WWE was when Stone Cold ruled, been downhill since that. And the gaming isn’t much better either.

I still enjoyed for years after that… Kurt Angle vs. Chris Benoit, Lesnar vs. All comers (incl. breaking body slamming Big Show from and breaking the ring), Return of old Undertaker (after horrible American bad-ass phase) … lot of good points before pg-era started

Great roster … gave a lot of great wrestlers to start with… and left room for some nice future additions (suppose must live with having to buy extra content these days) … would love to see:
    Vader,
    Goldust,
    Psycho Sid,
    Booker T (retro version),
    Legion of Doom,
    Dudley Boyz
    Rob Van Dam,
Mankind (Mick Foley there… so hopefully he’s in already in somehow)
and probably won’t happen due to him not being very friendly with WWE anymore… but would be so cool to have Kurt Angle back!…

Looks awesome but I hope both Shawn Michaels has more than 1 look, entrance attire and in-ring attire. Same goes for other Legends like Bret Hard, Ultimate Warrior, Ric Flair and Razor Ramon.
