I did expect this to be the case but it appears that both Hulu and Sony intentionally didn’t mention it in their press releases and it’s been left to someone scouring the Hulu website to uncover.

Note: you must be a subscriber of the Playstation Plus Network.
This information isn’t visible on the front page and it’s a mystery as to why someone was scouring the HTML for clues but good on them for doing it.
If you live in the States and were looking forward to paying $9.99 extra a month for Hulu Plus then I hope you are also looking forward to also paying for PSN Plus at the same time.
But don’t feel to bad the Xbox 360 owners are guaranteed to have to do the same thing when it lands on the Xbox 360 next year July.

Don’t you have to subscribe to PSN+ to subscribe to Hulu Plus? With both being pay-to-use services? It’s a very sneaky and underhanded way to go about it, almost reminiscent of having to pay for Netflix on xbox live, and also having to pay for live… :getlost:
