I’ve got to hand it to the Spike VGA’s. Now, while I may not agree with all some of their award selections, the organising crew does a great job in drumming up anticipation for the next year in gaming.
I saw franchises resurrected, doubts laid to rest and realized that I will not be able to die satisfied until I have ridden a gigantic robot T-Rex, something I blame the VGA’s for with their mulitple game reveals over the course of the show.
Now, 2011 may have been a stellar year in gaming, but as for 2012? It can’t get here any sooner by the looks of things.
In Other News: The Joker is not happy with the awards show, Iran is not happy with EA and Mortal Kombat takes a vacation.
Here’s the news we didn’t post, because we were too busy sulking that we never won any prizes for best gardening blog of the year.
