In Other News – 23 November

1 min read

Christmas is almost here, and with it, my blood begins to boil. Now don’t get me wrong, I have no trouble spending my paycheck on buying gifts for family friends. It’s just the fact that it means that I have to venture…outside.

And I really don’t like having to deal with the month-end Christmas crowds. It’s like jumping into a pool of sweaty molasses, except that even molasses knows where it wants to go. Its days like that, that make me wish I had gigantic pistons for legs so that I could trample my way through the aisles and get my shopping done.

But I can only afford one of those legs from the mad scientist up the road, and with the price of petrol being so high already, it doesn’t look like a great investment. Maybe this year I’ll just bombard myself with gamma radiation so that I can just Hulk my way through.

In Other News: Serious Sam lives up to his name, Nano Assault gets delayed and the PS Vita goes all virtual.

Here’s the news we didn’t post, because I was busy shopping for purple pants that could withstand sudden growth spurts.
