Thanks to the insanity that stems from the United States’ Black Friday, some colossal discounts are hitting the Xbox Live Marketplace. How good are the deals, well how about ‘Splosion Man for 160 MS points or Trials HD (usually 1200) for only 400?

The Black Friday deals will run from Tuesday, November 23 all the way through to Monday, November 29 and I am personally going to be abusing some of them.

List of deals after the jump.

Ok so here is what we know of:

Games on Demand:

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – 400 MS points

Halo: Combat Evolved – 400 MS points

Xbox Live Arcade:

Trials HD – 400 MS points

‘Splosion Man – 160 MS points

Monkey Island: Special Edition – 400 MS points

Madden NFL Arcade – 400 MS points

Portal: Still Alive – 400 MS points

Also, if you haven’t played Splosion man yet there couldn’t be a better time to pick it up. The game is truly awesome and the couch co-op is a blast!

Damnit, XBox Live SA only has Trials HD and it’s still on 1200 MS Points.

Is this for the US marketplace only? Or will the UK one also have the specials (seeing as it seems the SA one doesn’t…)?

I’ve been trying to find out, but getting a solid answer is tricky. Black Friday is an American thing though, so it may be restricted to US accounts.

Um, I’m on a US account and splosion man is certainly not discounted. Seems that the list you have might be incorrect.

What you guys fail to take into account is the time difference. I dunno what time these specials are supposed to start, but logic tells me that because the US is a few hours behind us, that could count for something.
