Killzone 2

One of the Insomniac developers has been posting on the NeoGaf forums and he had this to say

“I did indeed beat KZ2 tonight and it is indeed awesome. I know there will be plenty of comments, opinions, accolades and nitpicks, but for me, the game was fun.
My favorite part of the game was when you get this certain weapon. I really really love it and I got the trophy for oh so fast – wish it was available more.
Anyways — major props to all the folks at GG.”

We obviously now need to go through this with a fine tooth comb to see what he really meant to lets see what we can figure out.

“I did indeed beat KZ2 tonight”

This can mean two things, he was highly dedicated and has played the entire game from start to finish over the last couple of days… or the game is horribly short and he clocked it in a single evening.

“it is indeed awesome”

What he said

"I know there will be plenty of comments, opinions, accolades and nitpicks”

It’s not perfect but the PS3 fanboys won’t care and the 360 fanboys are going to rip it to shreds.

“the game was fun”

This is the most important part of the entire statement… it’s all about the fun.

“My favorite part of the game was when you get this certain weapon”

He either means that this weapon is the most fantastic thing ever invented and really makes the game… OR the only interesting part of the game was using the ripper.

“I got the trophy for oh so fast – wish it was available more”

Again it can mean that he obsessed over the weapon until he got the trophy or the trophies are to easy to get. Also he wants to use that weapon more because it is so cool or the other weapons suck that badly.

So that’s it, can you read any other hidden meanings out of his small posting?

or maybe there’s no hidden meaning, and he really enjoyed the game at face value…
but if you read it backwards it does allude to impending doom of an alien invasion… 😉
