I don’t even know if I have seen all the Alien movies, after I watched the first one I had nightmares for months after that and ever since then this series has always put my hair on end.
Now that I am ever so slightly older and wiser I can say that I am looking forward to playing the new Alien game…. in the daytime.
This game was originally conceptualised for the PS2 in 2001 but was canned, it was given a new chance at life by Sega and is on it’s way to being released on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 later this year.
Oh yeah the idea is that you control a team of 4 colonial marines sent to go look for our old friend Ms Ripley… 4 player co-op maybe?

Aah man, I just read on Kotaku that this game will feature quick time events…sigh. But on the plus side, there will be sections where the marines have to blockade themselves in and ensure no aliens get to them…Sounds like some tense fun.

I remember Alien vs Predator on the PC. Good game. If everybody hates quicktime events, why do they put it in games?
