Rockstar have released a new L.A. Noire video entitled Orientation, it effectively explains exactly what sort of game L.A. Noire is going to be and how the story mode is going to work.
For those who were worried it was simply going to be a crime drama there is some good news as you are going to be getting into gun and fist fights during the game. For those worried that Rockstar may water it down by adding in action points… refer to above.
The facial animation has been spoken about in detail now and it is still just as incredible as we hoped but a new piece of awesomeness has now arrived, just check out the background buildings and environments in the video, truly awe inspiring.
Also the idea that there is no story line but rather a bunch of cases on your desk that you can tackle at will is a nice touch and should make this game far more appealing to the more mass market consumer that I initially had expected.
