Microsoft has finally admitted what all Ninja Gaiden fans have known for quite some time.
The game is currently unplayable… The problem came about when the latest DLC was released on the 25th of July and then pulled just hours later as it was causing machines to freeze.
They then released the patch again a few days later on the 30th and once again machines across the world have been freezing in cut scenes and making the game generally unplayable.
Microsoft has finally released a press release saying that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. Unfortunately that doesn’t fix the problem but at least we know a patch is coming.
To fix the issue for now you need to clear your cache and make sure you are offline when playing. To clear your cache follow these simple instructions… And don’t worry this won’t wipe your achievements, save games or anything else like that.
- Go to the system blade and then select memory.
- Press Y on the HD symbol and then press X, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, X. Once you do this, a message will appear saying: Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?
