Nintendo regularly mix up their mascots, shoving characters from their big franchises in to cameo roles in other games.Hell, they even have a fighting game putting pretty much all of them together, in Super Smash Bros Brawl.
Beyond a few (many) solid Snake cameos, this isn’t something Sony does very often; which is what makes upcoming move title PlayStation Move Heroes so charming. Playstation move puts PS2 champions Sly Cooper, Ratchet & Clank and Jak and Daxter all in one game – in a series of mini-games. Don’t be put off by the word minigames, so thoroughly common with motion-controlled games. this actually looks like a bunch of fun – especially if you have fond memories of Jak and Daxter – who’ve yet to feature in a game of their own this generation.
