The trophies and achievements for fighting games are usually unbearably difficult to attain, especially many of the online ones that have you winning a hundred and seven ranked matches in a row – which becomes nigh impossible when the lobbies start being filled with actual goddamned ninjas who seem to be proficient in the requisite thumb stick gymnastics. That or they require you to beat modes on the very highest difficulties, which seem to know what moves you’re going to do before you do.

If they’re to be believed, a leaked set of Mortal Kombat 11 trophies suggest that it won’t be a herculean task to platinum the game. Sure, there are some troubling trophies and a few that will probably take a heck of a lot of time to work towards, but they mostly seem attainable. The list comes via Redditor DeftonesBandPSN, along with compelling pictorial evidence. Take a look:

They seem…not bad! There are just a few niggles that make me question the validity of the trophies. Firstly, the Steam database for the game lists over 90 achievements, but it wouldn’t be too odd to have different ones for Pc and console. More troubling is the mention of Bug-Vorah, who is either a bad brainfart of D’Vorah, or perhaps the her as-yet-unannounced progeny.

The other bit is the mention of the Naknadan shrine. I don’t know of its existence within the MK lore, but I do know that Naknada is Croation for a fee, charge  or reimbursement so having it apply to somewhere you can spend money seems a bit on-the-nose. Either way, it won’t be too long until we find out, with the game hitting PS4, Xbox One, Pc and Switch on April 23.
