Sony announced cross game chat and then instantly pulls it… I’m suspicious though

According to they stumbles across a page on the official Dutch PlayStation website that had the text all PS3 fans have been waiting for. Granted this was only being offered to PSN+ subscribers but it’s a step in the right direction at least.

“Cross-game Voice Chat: invite your friends to chat online no matter what game you’re all playing, even if they aren’t members of PlayStation Plus.”

But as believable as that sounds it all starts going wrong from there. First up the information has now mysteriously vanished from the website but even more disturbing is that in the screenshot proof of the text it is the only text that is in English.

And when I check the Google cache of this page it is only showing me what is currently on that page. Which is not definitive proof but it’s more believable than a single line of English on a Dutch website.
