Sony loses another Exclusive!

tekken-dark

That’s right, Namco Bandai announced last night at TGS that Tekken 6 would be making it’s way to the Xbox 360 as well, Infact Microsoft announced it first at their press conference which sent alot of fanboys into a whining frenzy before Namco Bandai quelled their fears later by announcing the game would still come to PS3 aswell.

It can’t be the greatest feeling in the world for Sony to watch yet another exclusive slip away to a more multiplatform era. There’s no news as to whether there will be exclusive characters for each platform or any other news for that matter, but I guess the biggest question now is whether it is Xbox 360 or PS3 for this round of Tekken?

WOOOOOHOOOOOO! I dont have a PS3 yet and I really wanted to play the next Tekken! Yay for spreading the love, I think that more titles need to become multiplatform, its better for everyone.

This way the developer will make more money,
    Xbox with 21 + mill
    PS3 with 15+ mil

If a developer is not a 1st party for max profit multi plat is the way to go – that is why eternal sonata, enchanted arms, bioshock , oblivion etc. went multi plat, money talk
the more you can sell the better.

mmm – I think Microsoft released a new controller with a improved d-pad.

But these type of games call for a third party ARCADE
    controller.

Oh man not another PS3 dpad is better then Xbox dpad. The Xbox dpad is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Likewise the PS3 dpad is not as good as everyone makes it out to be. My MegaDrive dpad owned them both.

Why do people love multiplatform titles?

Multiplatform means the games get reduced to the lowest common denominator and can’t take advantage of each console’s strengths.

With all consoles I’ve owned I’ve only purchased exclusives. Will most likely continue to so.

Ya true multi platform games are not worth it, Grand theft auto, burnout paradise, soul calibur, call of duty and so on are def all not worth owning.
