IONAwards

You’ve all no doubt been enjoying the Lazygamer awards today, as evidenced by the sheer number of comments. Of course, that may have something to do with the fact that we’ll be throwing free stuff at insightful commentary. Sure, some of our choices might not be congruous with yours, but that’s the nature of opinions. I think though – barring a few of the most cynical, jaded gamers – that we can agree that 2010 was an incredible year for games.

Here’s the thing though. None of those awards matter. We’ve saved the best award for last; the sexiest ION header image girl of 2010. Whether or not you actually liked any of this year’s games we can pretty much all agree (whether you’re male of female) that boobs and the appreciably fine female form are timeless.

Whittling the list of beautiful ION girls down to a nominee list of just a handful was an excruciatingly difficult task; exhausting our wits, patience, and surplus boxes of Kleenex tissues.

Here are the nominees for our 2010 Lazygamer Awards ION Header Girl of the Year :

Kelly Carlson

Jurgita Valts

Isabeli Fontana

Jessica Jane Clement

Marissa Miller

And the winner is :

Your eyes!

We appreciate beautiful women so much here at Lazygamer, that it would be night impossible to pick a favourite. That would be like trying to pick your favourite child (I’ve just incidentally flushed millions of potential ones down the toilet). If I had to pick any of the ION headers for any award, it would be the “Burn it with fire” award for this picture of Vida Guerra’s bulldog.

Remember, you can always peruse the Other News section by clicking here. Whether you do that to read the daily overflow or to just ogle the pictures to help relieve your own daily overflow, that’s none of our business. Check it out, and see which other header girls you think should’ve been added to the list.

Editor. I'm old, grumpy and more than just a little cynical. One day, I found myself in possession of a NES, and a copy of Super Mario Bros 3. It was that game that made me realise that games were more than just toys to idly while away time - they were capable of being masterpieces. I'm here now, looking for more of those masterpieces.
