The new Exo Zombies DLC adds a Zomboss

The inclusion of Kevin Spacey as a main character in the single player bits of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare was a genius decision by Activision and undoubtedly helped appeal to the one or two people who hadn’t heard of Call of Duty before.

It also definitely didn’t hurt the street cred of MrSpacey and as such it seems that Call of Duty may be the new destination for fading actors to flock to in the hopes of re-igniting their careers – with Bill Paxton, Rose McGowan and John Malkovich joining in the fun. In the latest DLC there is a new addition to the Exo Zombie mode which brings  a brand new boss Zombie which looks seriously hardcore and definitely something you are going to need all your team mates to help take down.

Grappling Hook

But it isn’t only the glitzy world of Hollywood that has invaded Call of Duty with the newly rejuvenated in-game grappling hook which great in Just Cause, but also recently was used to great effect in Dying Light also making an appearance in Call of Duty adding some fantastic verticality and quick horizontal movement to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

There are also 4 brand new multiplayer maps which we can drool over and likely not enjoy for months as the matchmaking on Advanced Warfare is incredibly crap for anyone in an emerging economy.

For a simple video breakdown of all the new maps we have stolen this nice video from Arekkz Gaming thanks to us not being offered an early viewing for ourselves.

And that’s that. I’ve moved my Call of Duty gaming over to the PS4 so if anyone is getting these maps please do add me so that I can give them a proper look. (Lazygamer_ZA). Ascendance DLC is release on the Xbox One tomorrow and will appear on the PS4 later… sometime.

Fading actors? You sir must go sit in the corner and think about that statement – John Malkovich does not approve.

Rose Mcgowan never really made it though. Bill Paxton was a nice surprise in Marvel – Agents of Shield

What are they calling this years inevitable sequel? More advanced or less advanced warfare? Guess it depends on the era.
