What will Sony reveal at Leipzig?

50 second read

So it has been announced that Microsoft are going to show us diddly squat at Leipzig this year and Nintendo currently seem to not care about these games conventions so the ball has landed squarely in Sony’s court to amuse us.

So what can we expect, or hope for, from Sony at Leipzig this year?

Videogamer.com has put together their list of 10 things they want to see and I have added some of my own… which ones do you think have been missed?

1. Wipeout HD release date
2. MAG Gameplay Info
3. Resistance 2 Beta Info
4. Home Info
5. LBP Release Date
6. Heavenly Sword 2
7. Heavy Rain Demo
8. God of War 3
9. Naughty Dog’s next project
10. That secret BBC Game

and the information I would love to see is

L1. Bungie game for PS3
L2. Quality Infamous gameplay
L3. Killzone 2 beta announcement

What are the odds on a MGS5 announcement?

I suspect it’ll be more Eurocratic “casual stuff” maybe an exclusive deal with one of the 3rd party waggle developers, new singstar, new eyetoy etc etc.

All I want to see is Kratos blacking out! God Of War 3 will have me going nuts! Give us gameplay….PLEASE!

Oh and Heavy Rain, could we see that, too, please? If the narrative really does what it is promised it does, then Heavy Rain puts itself squarely in my most anticipated game shortlist.
