WWE 2K15 will allow for custom face scans

I still have no idea what kind of a game WWE 2K15 is going to be. It’s clearly the game that has had the lion’s share of development put into it, judging by early reviews on old-gen, but whether or not those efforts will pay off remains to be seen. One thing that the game does have going for it, are some fantastic visuals that make the rasslers look less like my action figure collection and more realistic. A section of realism, that will even include your own face.

The good news is that you’ll be able to scan your face into WWE 2K15. The bad news is that I’ll be able to scan my face into WWE 2K15. Much like NBA 2K15’s facial scanning tech (And hopefully far less horrifying), players will be able to transfer their soon to be perfect face for radio into the game, provided that they have some knowledge with using image editing software. It’s actually quite easy guys.

Once you’ve made a proper PNG, you can then upload that to the game and plaster it over the face of a custom wrestler, adjusting as you need to along the way. You can even use that image to create a tattoo, which is what I plan to do when I have Geoff inked all over my chest and yes that sounds rather dirty.

WWE games have always been known for deep customisation, and this is certainly a step forward. Well, for me at least, so that I can finally create Bad News Bonthuys and deliver the Brenda-Bomb finishing move. Combined with a proper career mode that the game is sporting, and I’m excited.

I can see the face scan tech helping LG end disputes in the ring…well virtual, just hope no one uses Rikishi and you know… it leaves a sour taste in anyone’s mouth

Damn couldn’t counter that move and well ….on multiple times

But I think it left a sour taste more on Cena than anyone else in the roster, now I feel like playing the old SvsR 2007 and 2008
