Xbox 360 Halo Reach Special Edition Available In South Africa

The headline pretty much says it all but according to a listing on kalahari.net that awesome Halo Reach Special Edition 250Gb Xbox 360 will be sold locally for a not so terrible R3899.

The console comes with a copy of Halo Reach and 2 Xbox 360 wireless controllers. If you are in the market for a new Xbox 360 and the black one just isn’t doing it for you then this is well worth a look.

Check out the gallery below.

The bundle is selling for $399 in the US so our 10-1 exchange rate appears to still be going strong.

It’s ok, just glad it’s nothing like 5k, I prefer my black 250GB thank you very much! 😀

On kalahari’s website it says that it will be released in October, but Halo is released in September. So is this only coming after Halo launches?

We have informally been told it will release with Halo Reach in September.

No official press release in our inboxes though.

I know I’ve said this on more than one occasion, but the redesign really looks weird to me, although this halo reach silver one looks better than the black slim. :ermm:

I thought it looked dodgy on pictures and video but in real life I was pretty impressed..

I do prefer the silver one though
