The latest Eurogamer.net face off article has been released and the two games that I think are the most important here are GRiD (Due to the hype) and UEFA 2008 (Due to the size of the development house behind it).
The other games being checked this time round are Quake Wars, Lego Indiana Jones and Overlord: Raising Hell.
So after the PS3 losing each of the last 11 face offs how did they fair this time around?
Quake Wars: Xbox 360
The PS3 version actually has the better colour scheme but is missing way to many features and graphical enhancements
GRiD: Xbox 360
The PS3 versions screen tearing is pretty horrendous but apart from that they are quite identical
Indiana Jones: Xbox 360
But only barely… more likely a tie
Overlord: Raising Hell: Xbox 360
Unbelievably even though the game was released on the PS3 long after the 360 version the framerate issues are even worse on the PS3 version.
UEFA 2008: TIE
EA seemed to have mastered the art of porting games between consoles which can only be great news for the PS3 owners out there.

Yawn, I have read articles on how all of those are actually better on PS3! Why is it taking a single site as a credibe site is only valid when in favour of the 360?

Fact is Abe, if you bothered to read the article, Eurogamer are the only site that use a proper technical methodology to measure these things. Your PS3 Hug club site all go on eyeball appraisals, which to be frank even from a 360 perspective, are complete BS.

Honestly I feel your comment is a little unfair here Abe.
Eurogamer have never been accused of being biased and they explain in detail how they get the screen grabs and measure the frame rates.
I am yet to see a site which even comes close to competing with Eurogamer when it comes to comparing cross platform games.
If you can find a fault in their methodology I would love to hear it.

Just to relieve you of your initial idea though, it won’t be coming to any console. Interview with Jay Wilson and FAQ went like:
Release date? : Well we’re not sure ummm, when it ready but we don’t really know yet…
System speccs? : Not really sure you know, can’t really comment. We’ll talk about that later…
I.e. typical blizzard uncertainty not wanting to give definite answers.
But then came the question:

neither is better… both have their strong points… the clear winner in sales is the little Wii… My fav is PS3, however the xbox 360 is a brilliant console with loads of brilliant games…just as the PS3
