Tomorrow (October 26th), when Red Dead Redemption’s Undead Nightmare DLC hits, you’re going to need a bigger gun. The above picture was posted on Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption news feed by a Rockstar employee on Saturday.
We already knew that there would be more wildlife added in tomorrow’s DLC and there was mention that a lot of it would be… unnatural. Most of us were thinking zombie versions of the normal animals, like bears and cougars. Whew boy, zombie cougars – as if those things weren’t bad enough already, now they’re going to be undead? Screw you Rockstar.
Looks like we’ll get to face off with the abominable snowman, Bigfoot, the yeti, the Sasquatch… whatever you want to call it. It looks big. And mean. I really hope there’ just one on the entire map and that the chances of finding it are really slim. That’d make it extra awesome when you put a bullet in its head and sell its pelt at the nearest trading store.
Obviously, aside from the picture posted by Rockstar and the name of the post being “WTF?â€, there is no other information. Hunting down Bigfoot will prove to be an awesome distraction from shooting zombies, if it’s part of the DLC. We’ll find out tomorrow.
