Briarpatch is USA Network's upcoming murder mystery series starring Rosario Dawson. Sparked by the mysterious death of her sister Felicity, Washington political fixer Allegra "Pickle" Dill (Dawson) returns home to the small Texas town where she grew up. Tenacious, direct, and in defiance of local police captain Gene Colder, Dill begins to interrogate old childhood acquaintances, like estate attorney A.D. Singe and the self-made mogul Jake Spivey with hopes of finding answers. Based on the book of the same name by Ransom Riggs, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children is a fantasy story about a magical orphanage that houses children with strange powers. …

Civilization ends fast in the first trailer for spinoff series FEAR THE WALKING DEAD

As fantastic as the last two seasons of The Walking Dead has been, there’s no denying the fact that the gruesome zombies are rarely ever truly terrifying anymore. They’ve become such a common occurrence that at one stage cute 10-year old blond girls were dispatching them with pocket knives as part of their daily chores. I have a feeling that …
