Mega-Man like platforming shooter Mighty No 9 has officially been delayed, with the developer saying that many bugs need to be squished before they can ship the game.

Mighty No. 9 is often referred to as a spiritual successor to Mega Man. But, thanks to some unique gameplay elements, it manages to combine that kind of retro awesomeness with a whole new experience to make something truly special.

You may have forgotten about Mighty No 9, but this reminder trailer will get you giddy all over again.

It looks like there's a Koji Igarashi Castlevania successor coming - and its teaser site asks a simple question: sword or whip?
