Godzilla

For a film that is all about a skyscraper-sized gecko destroying cities with atomic breath-farts, the Godzilla promotional campaign has managed to keep a really tight leash on actually revealing their star. Hell, this site alon has already been lawsuit-threatened when we posted a picture of the Kaiju King last year. Warner Bros has just dropped an extended trailer for the film, and while it’s still keeping a few secrets, it provides yet another glimpse of what is easily my most anticipated movie of the year.

An epic rebirth to Toho’s iconic Godzilla, this spectacular adventure, from Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures, pits the world’s most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity’s scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence.

Mark my words, the only thing that will stop Godzilla in this movie is Bryan Cranston’s acting. A new TV spot is also on the loose, teasing the muto menace that has also been kept a secret.

Godzilla will be SKKKKKREEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOONGKING into cinemas on May 16.

This really doesn’t help me feel better about the fact that I missed an opportunity to watch a 30 min preview of the movie 2 weeks ago.
