With great power comes greater irresponsibility in these first trailers for DEADPOOL!

And there came a day unlike any other, when Earth’s mightiest regenerating degenerate did foretell the coming of a trailer that would feature the merc with a mouth! Yes sir, ol’ Deadpool didn’t lie to your squishy faces!

The first proper trailer for Deadpool has indeed arrived! Here’s the NSFW red band version, for all you folks who are hoping that your mom can’t hear the audio:

And here’s the much safer green band version, so you don’t have to worry about being fired from your 9-5 job!

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

I’ve been loving all this Deadpool nonsense lately, and I’ve got a feeling that Fox may have a sleeper hit on their hands here. It has been one hell of a battle to get Deadpool on the big srcreen, nevermind the budget to make said flick R-rated in order to do the character some true justice.

Deadpool arrives next year February and stars Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Ed Skrein, Brianna Hildebrand, and Gina Carano. I’m wearing my brown pants in excitement for it.
