Yes this picture is from GTA IV and it’s not a bullshot either. That water is looking pretty photo-realistic I must admit, especially considering this game was released in 2008.
The last midnight launch I was at was for GTA IV and since that day in April 2008, 22 million copies have been shipped.  All in all, the Grand Theft Auto franchise has now shipped more than 114 million units since its debut in 1997. At the time, the graphics for GTA IV weren’t half bad but now it’s over 3 years on and they’re better than ever. Better than games being released this year, thanks to the modding community and in particular the iCEnhancer. Version 1.35 is currently under development and the man behind the mod, Hayssam Keilany, just released a few screens being generated by the new version. I’ve never tried to install this mod myself, but from what I’ve read, it ain’t easy and you’re going to need some powerful machinery to enjoy the full effect. But looking at these, it could be well worth the effort, no? Check the Facebook page for more screenshots. You can download version 1.3 of the mod from the blog and see the video for version 1.35.
