So you saw our story the other day about how to get involved in the Guild Wars 2 beta and were so excited that you entered with 10 different email addresses thinking that would have upped your chances.
Well it may have done but you’ve only upped them fro 0.00001% to 0.00002% in the long run.
NCSoft and ArenaNet have confirmed today that the beta sign up window is closed and that they received an incredible 1 million applications to become beta testers.
At one stage they were receiving 4000 signups a minute which is a pretty incredible feat and must be making the developers and publishers exceptionally excited about release day.
So if you do magically receive a beta confirmation email later this month then count yourself incredible lucky and make sure you use it.
