Congratulations to HouwGobz, faie, Alwynne Baatjies, UnavengedAvo and Anthony Nel! You will be receiving an email from us shortly if you haven’t done so already with further instructions (faie and Anthony Nel please contact me at [email protected] as we do not have your email addresses), but you and a partner will be joining me tomorrow night for the official return of IMAX to Cape Town at Cape Gate Mall (c/o Okavango & De Bron Roads, Brackenfell) at 18:00 for 18:30, where you will be treated to some cocktails, canapes and the official launch of the venue. Then at 20:00 you will become some of the first people in the country to watch The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, the final chapter in Peter Jackson’s Middle-Earth saga, in IMAX 3D with HFR!

[UPDATE: Unfortunately, we have been unable to make contact with Faie, despite several efforts on social media as well. As such we have decided to instead award the prize to the next best eligible entrant, which is Ryk Peacock! Congratulations.]

To those of you who didn’t win this time, don’t despair as we have more competitions coming up soon, so keep trying! And once again thank you to our partners Ster-Kinekor and IMAX for being so generous and for offering our readers a night to remember!
