Charlize Theron is currently dominating our movie screens, as well as the desktop wallpaper on Kervyns PC, which now contains several saliva trails on the monitor, so what’s next for the Snow White, Mad Max and Prometheus actress?
Well, how about a little Murder Mystery to spice things up?
Director John “Marigold Hotel that is totally the bestest” Madden has been tasked with bringing the development hell bound film back into production, and has approached Theron to star in the project.
If Theron accepts, she’ll be playing one half of a couple on honeymoon, who become implicated in a murder that they happen to have chanced upon and witnessed.
According to THR, the film is described as “an affectionate deconstruction of an Agatha Christie-style thriller.” Wait, does that mean that the parlor scene will have explosions?
The film has been wandering in Hollywood purgatory for a few years now, with the last attempt at making the project, coming from indie developer Tower Hill, with Kevin “Marley” MacDonald signed on to direct. Those plans fell through though, before Disney picked up the James Vanderbilt script and handed it to Madden.
