Ted 2

When Ted first came out in 2013, it was Seth MacFarlane’s debut directorial effort. It was rude, crude and it starred two dudes. And it was freakin’ awesome. Seeing Mark Wahlberg have actual onscreen chemistry with a CGI creation voiced by MacFarlane, somehow worked. It was a solid film, with some great jokes and even better characters. Naturally, a sequel was on the way and after the box office bomb that was A Million Ways To Die In The West, much needed for MacFarlane. And if you’ve ever wanted to start your morning seeing Mark Wahlberg covered in Pearl Jam, then this is the trailer for you.

Seth MacFarlane returns as writer, director and voice star of Ted 2, Universal and Media Rights Capital’s follow-up to the highest-grossing original R-rated comedy of all time. Joined once again by star Mark Wahlberg and fellow Ted writers Alec Sulkin & Wellesley Wild, MacFarlane produces the live action/CG-animated comedy alongside Bluegrass Films’ Scott Stuber, as well as John Jacobs and Jason Clark.

I’m kinda digging what I’m seeing here, and seeing Ted actually try to live his own life, shows some actual progress from the first film. Even if he is an alcoholic jerkass that is mostly foam and cheap outsourced labour. Besides the usual cast, Ted 2 also stars Amanda Seyfried, Liam Neeson, Patrick Warburton, and Morgan Freeman. It’ll be swearing at thundah from June 26.

Go home… just go home. Call it a day, pack your bags. Don’t forget to seal anything that might go off in the fridge. Then go to when the Orion rocket is getting launched. Put on an astronNOT suit and gtfo.

It looks like more of TED, I kind of enjoyed the first one. So this looks promising.
