There’s something magical about Bollywood. This is a movie industry which has somehow managed to keep up with the times and churn out high-qualuty films, that somehow still happen to have enough cheese in their plot that you can host an entire fondue party with just one DVD.
For reals, the visual and production quality may have gone up, but I dare you to find a single Bollywood film that is bereft of a musical number or two and that doesn’t lean heavily on a romance plot. Thing is, Bollywood films are well aware of this, and usually balance out the lovey-dovey nonsense with action so insane that it breaks the laws of physics.
Action and love which can be seen below in the trailer for Mr X:
After gaining the power of invisibility; a man becomes a vigilante, in order to take revenge on those who have wronged him.
As you might expect, Mr X is getting panned right now. But I honestly don’t care, as some of those invisible fight scenes look like ridiculous amounts of fun as the actors pantomime being hit by an invisible guy. I don’t know when Mr X will make it this side, but I can’t wait to get my hands on a DVD version of the film.
